When importing my preset file into Lightroom Mobile, I receive a "cannot load image" error message. What do I need to do?
I can't find my order email. How long does it take to receive?
Order emails are sent as soon as payment has cleared (this is typically instantly as long as you're not paying via E-Check within PayPal).
If you purchased with PayPal, your order email is sent to your PayPal email address. If you do not have access to this email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and correct email address.
If you are still unable to locate your order email, there may have been a typo in your email address at checkout. Please contact us with your order number so we can update your email address for you.
I've used them before but now I can't find my Presets in the Lightroom Mobile app. What do I do?
Sometimes when Lightroom rolls out an update to their app, your settings are overwritten. Make sure you are clicked on the "User Presets" dropdown when you select Presets at the bottom of the screen within the Lightroom Mobile app. This dropdown defaults to "Color". You will need to update this to "User Presets" to see your installed presets.
I upgraded my phone and now do not have my previous presets in Lightroom mobile. What can I do?
Your preset download link never expires. Access your link via your order email and redownload your presets. Follow the original installation steps to reinstall your presets on your new phone.
